About the Role

We are looking for you who are an electrician, installer, or technician and who want to build and maintain the power stations of the future.

About the Position

As a technician at Gotlands Elnät, you work with maintenance, fault resolution, and new construction of station equipment within 70 kV and 10 kV switchgear, as well as HVDC installations. The role also includes work with relay protection, control equipment, and the installation of control and power cabling. On-call duties may occur.

What You Will Do

• Work with maintenance, troubleshooting, and new construction of station equipment for 70 kV and 10 kV switchgear, as well as HVDC installations.
• Carry out both preventive and urgent interventions to minimize operational disruptions and ensure a stable electricity supply.
• Contribute to the development of our working methods with a focus on quality, efficiency, and a world-class work environment.

Here, you become part of an engaged team consisting of a maintenance manager and seven technicians who work together. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and experience exchange are a natural part of daily work.

Requirements

• Education in electricity/power engineering or equivalent work experience in the field.
• A manual Category B driver's license is required. Category BE and/or C licenses are meritorious.
• Experience working in power engineering is meritorious but not a requirement.
