About the Role

As a Truck Mechanic, you will work with the service, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of trucks, trailers, and other heavy vehicles. You will enjoy a varied workday where tasks include both preventive maintenance and urgent repairs to ensure the vehicles maintain high operational reliability.

In this role, you will work with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, performing diagnostics and troubleshooting using modern tools and diagnostic equipment. You are responsible for ensuring that work is carried out according to current safety and quality standards, as well as documenting performed tasks in a careful and structured manner.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues and management to contribute actively to creating an efficient and well-functioning workshop environment. If needed, you will also assist with other tasks within the workshop, helping the business develop and maintain a high level of service.

We are looking for someone who

To thrive and succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Experience as a truck mechanic, vehicle mechanic, or similar work with heavy vehicles.
• Knowledge in troubleshooting, service, and repair of trucks and other heavy vehicles.
• Upper secondary education in vehicle technology or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and vehicle electronics is a plus.
• Good teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• A B-driving license is required; a C-driving license is a plus.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and technical documentation is an advantage.
