Administrator with Documentation Responsibility within Personal Assistance

Vera Assistans AB is looking for an administrator with documentation responsibility within personal assistance. We are looking for you who are meticulous, structured, and have experience with documentation within personal assistance, LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), care, or social services. This role suits you if you have good administrative skills and want to work close to the operations with a focus on documentation, quality, and follow-up.

About the Role

As an administrator with documentation responsibility, you will work to ensure that the documentation in the operations is clear, updated, and correct. You will have an important role in following up on documentation related to clients, assistants, implementation plans, deviations, and other important materials within personal assistance.

The position involves both administrative work and contact with internal employees, clients, relatives, and external actors as needed.

Responsibilities

Your tasks may include, among other things:

  • Working with social documentation within personal assistance
  • Creating, updating, and following up on implementation plans
  • Handling and following up on deviations
  • Ensuring that client files and personnel-related documents are up to date
  • Assisting with documentation for follow-ups and authority contacts
  • Following up on self-care certificates, routines, and other important documents
  • Supporting coordinators and management with administrative tasks
  • Ensuring that documentation follows internal routines and current requirements
  • Contributing to structure, quality, and order in the operation's documentation

We are looking for you who

We are looking for you who have experience from personal assistance, LSS, care, and social services, or similar operations.

It is meritorious if you have previously worked as, for example:

  • Coordinator within personal assistance
  • Administrator within LSS or care and social services
  • Support teacher or support assistant with documentation responsibility
  • Nursing assistant with administrative experience
  • Healthcare administrator or medical secretary
  • Quality manager or quality coordinator within social services

Qualifications

We would like you to have:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience with documentation within personal assistance, LSS, care, or social services
  • Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to work in a structured and meticulous manner
  • Understanding of confidentiality and handling of sensitive information
  • Experience with implementation plans, deviations, or social documentation

Knowledge of LSS, SoL (Social Services Act), self-care, IVO (Swedish Health and Care Quality Inspectorate), or Försäkringskassan (Swedish Social Insurance Agency) is meritorious.
