WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

We are in an exciting time of development and transition work to meet the need for future care and support with an increasingly older population. On our journey of development, you will become an important part of curiously wanting to test new methods and working approaches. We work actively with the introduction of digital working methods and welfare technology that creates security.

Therefore, we are now looking for nurses for both permanent positions and temporary assignments. The working hours we offer are day/evening/weekend.

The municipal primary care's mission is to be responsible for health and medical care interventions in the person's own home. We are responsible for patients in both ordinary and special housing as well as within LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). We offer stimulating and varied work with good camaraderie in the work group. The work is independent, and you are responsible for planned interventions as well as urgent interventions that may arise day and night. You lead the nursing care from a person-centered perspective and are expected to educate and supervise nursing staff in patient-near work. You collaborate with various professions within the municipality's operations as well as within Region Kalmar County.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Nursing degree 180 hp
• Licensed nurse or district nurse
• Good knowledge of spoken and written language
• Good computer skills (Lifecare, Cosmic, NPÖ, Pascal)
• Class B driver's license
• Experience of working in municipal primary care is meritorious
