We are looking for an engaged and structured Operations Manager for our dental clinic. In this role, you will have a central position in the business with significant responsibility for quality, patient safety, and development.

About the role

As Operations Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the clinic and ensure that the business complies with current laws and requirements. You have special responsibility for patient safety and actively work to develop and follow up on routines and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for patient safety reporting and quality work
• Establishing and updating routines, policies, and other governing documents
• Ensuring the business meets regulatory requirements, especially in connection with license applications
• Leading and supporting staff in their daily work
• Working with business development and improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Relevant education in healthcare, administration, or equivalent
• Experience in a leadership role, preferably within dentistry or healthcare
• Good knowledge of patient safety and regulations
• Experience with documentation and quality work
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
