Do you want to develop within sales while working with a product that is relevant to many households?

Brilliant Values is now looking for subscription sales representatives for our office in Uppsala. In this role, you will contact customers via phone and help them review their electricity contracts, with the goal of offering better terms, clearer structures, and a solution that suits their needs.

You do not need previous sales experience. The most important qualities are that you are social, quick-thinking, positive, and have the desire to learn. We provide on-site training, clear working methods, and ongoing coaching so that you can develop in the role.

About the role

As an inside sales representative at Brilliant Values, you represent our clients within the electricity industry and other sectors. We have over 12 years of experience in subscription sales and extensive experience in customer dialogue via phone.

You will use the phone as your primary tool and learn how professional sales work in practice — from the first contact to closing the deal.

We are looking for someone who

• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
• Is social, curious, and confident in conversations with new people
• Has energy, drive, and a desire to develop
• Is positive, solution-oriented, and enjoys working towards goals
• Can take feedback and wants to improve over time

Previous sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

Working hours

Monday–Thursday: 09:15–17:45

Friday: 09:15–16:30

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
