About the Role

We are currently looking for a CNC Operator for one of our clients in Karlskoga. This is a key role where you will handle programming and be responsible for the entire process from preparation to finished production. You will become an important part of a competent team in a modern workshop environment. As a CNC Operator, you will handle the full programming for lathes with driven tools. Programming is done both directly in the machines and with the help of CAM programs. You are responsible for setting up and running both new and existing parts. A key part of the job is to improve the machining process to ensure high quality, short production time, and efficient material usage. Start: As agreed

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have several years of broad experience as a CNC Technician or CNC Operator within the manufacturing industry, preferably with a focus on job shop manufacturing of advanced parts with high demands on precision and quality. You have a deep technical understanding of machining processes and work in a structured and independent manner. You are responsible, proactive, and have the ability to collaborate with others to continuously develop production. We expect you to have good knowledge of mathematics, feel comfortable with technical English, and have experience with multi-axis machines. We also look for relevant workshop education or equivalent work experience. Experience with Mazatrol (Yamazaki Mazak's dialog programming system), Edgecam, or other CAM software is a plus.
