Job Description

Järfälla Gymnasium is looking for a substitute teacher in Art Theory. The position involves teaching a course, Art Theory 1, within the gymnasium's national programs.

Together with your program team and subject team, you will develop teaching and collaboration within and between subjects. You enjoy working with people, are a good relationship builder, and create a positive team spirit.

Qualifications

We are looking for a teacher in Art with a teaching license and many years of teaching experience. You are well-versed in the current course and subject plans for upper secondary school. Experience of collaboration with Konstfack (University College of Arts, Crafts and Design) is an asset. You are engaged and knowledgeable in your subject and are a skilled pedagogue who enjoys challenges and wants to work in a program team with engaged and professional teachers.

You are confident in your role as a teacher and can enthuse and inspire. You work formatively and actively for inclusion and accessibility to learning based on students' needs and prerequisites. You are cooperative, receptive, driven, and structured.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
