This is a hands-on first line/onsite assignment where you work close to the user and take full ownership of everyday IT. The environment is stable and documentation exists, but the role requires you to be confident working independently.

Example of tasks

• Onsite support and walk-ins
• Tickets via a shared inbox
• Account, permission, and password-related issues (MFA)
• Installation/handover of computers and phones
• Mobile device management via MDM
• Troubleshooting peripheral equipment and printers, as well as contacting suppliers
• Simple documentation and clear feedback to users

We are looking for someone who

• Has 2 years of experience in IT support
• Is comfortable in a Microsoft environment such as M365, Active Directory, SCCM & Intune
• Has experience with mobile support, primarily iOS
• Is service-oriented, structured, and self-driven
• Communicates fluently in Swedish
