We are now looking for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to become part of a team within the automotive industry, with a focus on development in Rust. Here you will have the opportunity to work in an advanced team in complex environments. We are looking for you who have a few years of experience or who are graduating in the summer of 2026!
ABOUT THE ROLE:This role involves working through the entire development chain for embedded systems, from early idea and concept phases to architecture, design, and implementation. You will be involved in analyzing requirements, developing technical solutions, and translating them into robust and efficient code adapted for resource-constrained environments.
The work includes both new development and further development of existing systems, where quality, performance, and security are central. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the software integrates with hardware and meets requirements for reliability and functionality. The goal is to develop innovative, sustainable, and future-proof software solutions that drive next-generation products forward.
More specifically, you will:- Develop software.
- Participate in the design of system architecture.
- Break down and analyze requirements.
- Be responsible for our CI/CD infrastructure.
- Manage and improve the release process.
- Conduct advanced technical R&D investigations.
- Support various working groups and stakeholders.
- Test, debug, and identify causes of problems.
We do not accept applications from University College (Yrkeshögskola) as the client requires a university or college degree (BSc/MSc).
- Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Technical Physics, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
- Have good knowledge of C/C++.
- Communicate fluently in English and Swedish as this is used in daily work.
- It is meritorious if you have knowledge of Rust and Linux environments.
