About the School

Vittra Telefonplan is a smaller F-9 school with approximately 160 students located in Hägersten. The school is easily accessible near the Telefonplan metro station, and the area is pleasant and quiet.

At Vittra Telefonplan, we have a high proportion of certified and qualified teachers. We are organized into work teams and collaborate regarding students' knowledge, well-being, and security. We meet on joint days scheduled throughout the school year for analysis and planning. We have a well-functioning student health team and have organized special teaching groups. A security team assists in values-based work. We have collegial collaboration with other Vittra schools and the neighboring school Snitz Grundskola, with whom we share the schoolyard and subject-specific rooms. The school has purposeful and bright teaching rooms, including a fully equipped room for home economics and consumer knowledge.

We are looking for

We are now seeking an experienced and certified teacher in home economics and consumer knowledge who is well-versed in the Lgr22 curriculum. The position is a holiday service role (ferietjänst) at 40% scheduled for two days per week. Teaching takes place in half-classes in grades 6, 8, and 9, as well as one lesson in a special teaching group. You will join a work team where you will become an important part of developing the operations forward.

You easily create trusting relationships and a well-functioning collaboration with both students, guardians, and colleagues, and understand the importance of good communication.

You have a positive, warm, and secure leadership style and are driven by genuine care for students and their learning and development.

Your teaching is clear, engaged, and varied. You use scientifically grounded methods to ensure every student's knowledge development.

About the Position

The position is a holiday service role at 40 percent. You will join a work team where you will become an important part of developing the operations forward. The position is a permanent employment with an start date of August 11th and a 6-month probation period.
