Job Description
Do you want to play a key role in one of the most exciting changes in healthcare in a long time? Dignio brings healthcare home. With its unique platform, Dignio Prevent, medication dispensers and self-monitoring are combined in one place. With more than fifteen successful years in Norway, Dignio is now scaling up in Sweden – winning contracts, meeting high demand, and looking for you who wants to help build something truly great from the ground up.
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Dignio, you will be the company's most important face to the outside world. You are responsible for your own customer portfolio and ensure that customers maximize the value of Dignio's solutions – all the way from onboarding to ongoing value creation. You work proactively and closely with the customer's organization to drive digital transformation within healthcare. In your role, you have a strong team behind you and will be supported by experienced colleagues from Norway who have already successfully scaled welfare technology on a large scale.
The culture at Dignio is cross-functional, open, and relaxed. Your personal and professional development is highly valued here, and we offer among other things:
- High flexibility: Manage your work based on trust and your own drive, developing alongside Dignio and our customers.
- Strong sense of belonging: A strong team spirit and the establishment of the company's shared office in central Stockholm.
- Inviting community: Continuous social activities, regular hackathons, Christmas parties, and summer parties.
- Market-leading conditions: You are our asset, and we offer competitive salary and pension benefits.
Employment Terms
The position is a full-time, permanent role starting with a 6-month probation period. You will be based at the office on Odenplan in Stockholm. The role involves travel within Sweden.
Application
Application deadline: 2026-06-21. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so apply today. Randstad Care is responsible for the recruitment process, but you will be employed by Dignio Sweden. For more information about the position or for a no-obligation conversation, please contact: Pernilla Håkansson, Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Care, 070–1606446 or [email protected].
Responsibilities
- Drive customer processes: Lead and support customers in implementing medication dispensers and self-monitoring from start to finish.
- Build relationships: Develop long-term customer relationships through training, follow-up, and strategic advisory.
- Product & medical development: Participate in internal discussions with Dignio's medical team regarding clinical use and future product development.
- Business acumen: Identify new business opportunities, contribute to strategic processes, and support bid processes if needed.
- Networking: Represent Dignio at trade shows, conferences, and other relevant arenas.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you combine strong business drive with a deep understanding of the daily realities of healthcare. We are looking for someone who likes speed but also has the patience and endurance required in the market.
- You are a licensed nurse or have another equivalent education/background within healthcare.
- You have experience working within home care or home healthcare, giving you an understanding of customers' daily lives, challenges, and processes.
- You can demonstrate strong results within SaaS, the healthcare sector, or solution sales.
- Experience specifically with welfare technology is highly meritorious.
- You have a genuine interest in a more sustainable healthcare system and believe in Dignio's products.
- You naturally build trust, have high ambitions, and inspire both customers and colleagues.
