The Home Care Service in Bollebygd is based on Stationsvägen, in close proximity to Bollebygd's bus station, and we serve the entire municipality. We travel by car, bicycle, and e-bikes. Job Responsibilities

In the role of a care assistant in home care, you are challenged with enjoyable tasks directly in the residents' homes. It is a flexible and varied job where you meet users who need different service and care interventions. The goal is for our users to receive individualized support that contributes to quality of life, with a focus on respectful treatment.

You work based on implementation plans established according to assistance decisions and in consultation with the users. The duties include being a permanent care contact, documentation according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act, performing delegated health and medical tasks, and participating in the development of operations by actively attending relevant meetings.

As a care assistant with us, you work closely with our users and contribute to secure and individualized care. You are an important part of the team and contribute to the development of working methods and quality. The position also includes administrative tasks such as:

  • Documentation and follow-up
  • Management of digital systems (e.g., Phoniro)
  • Support in planning interventions
  • Management of alarm systems

Qualifications and Merits

Requirements:

  • Certificate of protected professional title for care assistant, or alternatively covered by transitional rules (permanent care assistant as of July 1, 2023)
  • Category B driver's license

Merits:

  • Administrative education or experience in coordination and planning

  • Knowledge in areas such as Phoniro, alarms, staffing, and planning
  • Interest in welfare technology
