We are currently looking for experienced receptionists for upcoming assignments with our clients in hotels in the Stockholm area.

About the Role

As a receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel and responsible for providing guests with professional service and a warm welcome. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Check-in and check-out procedures
• Guest services and customer interaction
• Administrative tasks
• Other duties as needed

Working hours may vary between day, evening, and night shifts depending on the assignment.

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience working in the hotel industry
• Has experience with night shifts in hotels/reception
• Is service-oriented and professional
• Is flexible and responsible
• Thrives in both independent and team environments
