To Gothenburg, we are now looking for a Property Caretaker who wants to help us take care of our fine properties, which include everything from rental apartments to commercial premises and hotels! What can we offer you? The work as a Property Caretaker is independent and takes place in close collaboration with property managers, maintenance technicians, and several other colleagues. Together, we create the absolute best conditions for our tenants. You are responsible for planning and organizing your work, as well as maintaining contact with tenants and contractors.

Your tasks will include maintenance and preventive work in and around our properties in the form of rounds, receiving and executing fault reports, and following up with the customer.

What can you offer us? To thrive with us, it is important that you enjoy working with people and that you value high service. How you have learned to take care of properties is actually not decisive. Perhaps you have studied, perhaps you have renovated yourself at home, or even built something? The most important thing for us is that you are curious and want to learn more!

Some parts of your work are digital, so some computer literacy and use of an iPhone are required. You also need to be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, hold a category B driver's license, and have good physical fitness as the position involves active work.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of electrical installations, plumbing systems, ventilation, and control and regulation technology.
