About the facility Harvestad is a special housing facility focused on dementia care and has 80 places.

Who are you? You are responsible, independent, and confident in your professional role. You have the ability to prioritize, make decisions, and lead others in daily work. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and medical issues and have an egalitarian approach.

You are motivated by organizing care in the best way together with colleagues and have an easy time building good relationships – both with residents, relatives, and colleagues.

About the role In the role of nurse with us, you have a central and supervisory function in the team. You are responsible for the health and medical care provided and ensure that interventions maintain high quality and are based on the individual's needs.

You have continuous dialogue with relatives and inform them of changes in health status. The work also includes planning, coordinating, and following up on care interventions, as well as mentoring and supporting nursing staff in their daily work.

You collaborate closely with colleagues, doctors, and other internal and external contacts to ensure safe and secure care.

Job Description We are currently looking for several colleagues for full-time permanent positions with a probationary period, with various start dates from mid-October onwards.

Recruitment is ongoing, which means the position may be filled before the application deadline.

To be eligible for the position, you need:

• Licensed Nurse (RN)
• At least two years of experience as a nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have experience working in elderly care and dementia care, as well as specialized training in geriatrics and dementia.

To thrive in the role, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings, while also having an easy time building good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, you work both independently and in a team, which makes it important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before employment is offered, you need to provide a certificate of good conduct (police record). We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or a decision from the Swedish Migration Agency.
