We are looking for you who want to make a real difference by helping people develop their language skills – whether they are beginners or already well on their way.

About the role

As a language coach, you work with both private individuals and corporate groups in the Greater Stockholm area. You plan the teaching yourself based on the participants' goals and level – which makes each assignment varied and developmental.

Here is what an assignment might look like:

• 1–2 sessions per week
• 90 minutes per session
• Assignments lasting 10–20 weeks
• On-site teaching at the client's location or as agreed

We provide course materials and inspiration for lesson structures – but you have great freedom to put your own stamp on it.

Who we think you are:

You like working independently and enjoy motivating others – you are passionate about languages and people.

• Engaged and flexible
• Pedagogical and communicative
• Structured but also creative
• Attentive to the needs of different individuals

We would like you to:

• Have native-like proficiency in Swedish (including grammar)
• Be able to communicate in English
• Have experience in teaching or mentoring
• Have planned lessons previously
• Have the capacity to take on at least two assignments
• Be able to teach on-site in Greater Stockholm

Extra bonus if you also have:

• Knowledge of German
• Experience from working life in companies/organizations
• Familiarity with CEFR
• Pedagogical education
• Experience with online teaching
