What can we offer you?

At Operation 5, we welcome new colleagues looking for a workplace to grow in as an operating room nurse and to be part of a highly engaged surgical team. The work, like the pace, is varied, and there are good opportunities for professional development.

In our operations, you will primarily encounter neurosurgery, both elective and acute, but our care also includes ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat), plastic surgery, maxillofacial surgery, spine surgery, and some vascular surgery.

The role involves working days, evenings, and every fourth weekend.

Who are we looking for?

You are a specialist nurse in operating room management. We are looking for new colleagues who want to work with a wide variety of procedures and have the chance to develop their competence and deepen their knowledge. You will become part of a skilled team that supports and helps each other while you work independently based on your specialist knowledge. You are communicative, flexible, and positive, contributing to a good work environment with the patient in focus.
