We are now looking for a traveling physiotherapist for Närhälsan's rehabilitation clinics in western Skaraborg. You will have one of the clinics as your base location but will work at other rehabilitation clinics in the area as needed. The location of the base placement can be chosen in agreement with you.

About the Job

As a physiotherapist at Närhälsan, you work with a wide variety of patients of all ages, which gives you good opportunities to develop professionally. You will strengthen the staffing at our clinics in western/southwestern Skaraborg for varying periods. It may also become relevant for you to work a few days a week at one clinic and the rest of the week at another, depending on the need.

The work consists of both clinic visits, digital consultations, and home visits. Treatments are conducted both individually and in groups. You work independently but also as part of a team with other staff at the clinic.

You work with a wide variety of patients, giving you good opportunities to develop professionally. We see continuous development and education as a matter of course and offer this to all our employees. We work with mentorship, and you will be introduced to the work by your colleagues.

Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours. Some remote work may be possible.

About You

You are a licensed physiotherapist with good knowledge and experience of working within primary care. You enjoy having varied tasks and traveling for work.

To thrive in this role, we believe you are communicative, take initiative, are flexible, and have a good ability to collaborate with colleagues as well as work independently. Having a professional approach and good customer service is a matter of course for you. You also share Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

Travel for work occurs. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates to a telephone interview. The recruiting manager then makes a second selection of applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
