We are now looking for an experienced UX Designer for a long-term assignment within the development of business-critical IT systems. You will join a cross-functional development team responsible for a self-developed system in an expansive development environment with several parallel initiatives and further development projects.

In this role, you work closely with developers, system specialists, and business stakeholders throughout the entire development process – from needs analysis and requirement gathering to design, testing, and final solution. The assignment covers both strategic and operational UX work with a focus on user-friendly and efficient solutions for various types of platforms.

• Conduct user studies and needs analyses

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design proposals

• Plan and conduct usability tests

• Work iteratively on improvements based on feedback and user insights

• Participate in demos, workshops, and other activities within the team's agile working methods

• Collaborate closely with developers and business stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience

To be considered for the role, we see that you have:

• At least 5 years of documented experience in UX design for various platforms, such as mobile, desktop, tablet, or vehicle-related interfaces

• Documented experience of the entire UX process, from needs gathering and prototyping to usability testing and handling feedback

• Experience working with user stories and user story mapping

• Experience with agile working methods

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Swedish citizenship

• Experience working with prototyping tools

• Knowledge in UI / digital graphic design

• Experience planning and leading workshops or design sprints

• Experience in requirements analysis work

• A qualified assignment with carefully selected and attractive clients
