We primarily work with primary and upper secondary schools, as well as adult education, adapting to the diverse needs of students.

Linguista has offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg. In these cities, we offer some of our services on-site (primarily in Stockholm) at partner schools. Qualifications

We view language instruction as a crucial part of student development and goal achievement. Therefore, a high-quality, language-developing approach is highly prioritized. We expect you to have a holistic view of student learning and a desire to develop professionally with us. A teacher education with eligibility in the relevant language is a requirement.

Responsibilities

The work involves mother tongue instruction at the primary school level, conducted remotely. The assignment includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching in accordance with the national curriculum. As a pedagogue, it is important to adapt teaching to students' individual needs and support their knowledge development.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• The current teaching language (Icelandic) as a mother tongue.
• A teacher education or an equivalent academic education with a pedagogical focus.
• Experience as a teacher and experience with remote teaching, along with very good computer skills (G Suite or similar digital environments).
• A formative approach, interest in pedagogical development, and versatile pedagogical skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
