Quality Control / Sales – Telemarketing
Fibio is one of Sweden's fastest-growing independent mobile operators within the Telenor network. We are now looking for an employee who works with quality control of our telemarketing orders.
About the role You will work operationally with reviewing incoming orders, following up on sales calls, and ensuring that business is conducted correctly according to our procedures. The role also involves some sales when needed.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in telemarketing or customer service
- Is meticulous, structured, and responsible
- Has good judgment and can make independent assessments
- Thrives with repetitive tasks
- Is at the beginning of their career
Previous experience is meritorious but not decisive. We place great emphasis on attitude and work ethic.
Employment Full-time, Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00. Probation period of 6 months.
