About the Job
Your tasks involve assessing and treating patients of all ages. Common conditions among patients you encounter as an occupational therapist include: reduced hand function, pain, neurology, cognitive impairment, and mental ill health. The work also includes prescribing assistive devices and certificates for housing adaptations. Together with the patient, a personal rehabilitation plan is created.
The work is carried out at the clinic, digitally, and via home visits. Patient treatment takes place both individually and in groups. You work in close collaboration with other professions, both at your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues, together with the manager, are responsible for the development of the operations in a continuous improvement process.

About the Recruitment Process
Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who invite candidates to a telephone interview. Thereafter, the hiring manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the clinic.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this is so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
