About the role
As a food operator, you will work in production on a production line.

Responsibilities
The tasks are varied and include among other things:

• Processing, preparation, slicing, and packaging of food products
• Weighing in and out of raw materials
• Monitoring and handling of machinery
• Performing quality and hygiene checks
• Working according to established routines, goals, and safety regulations

The work takes place in a cold and noisy environment, requiring high standards of hygiene, precision, and safety. You will receive on-site introduction and training – previous experience is meritorious but not a requirement.

The position is a casual hourly employment starting with approximately one week of full-time introduction, to give you the best possible conditions to get started. Afterward, shifts are booked based on operational needs. Working hours vary, and work may be scheduled during day and/or evening shifts, Sunday–Friday.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has another main occupation of at least 51% (e.g., studies or other work)
• Is precise, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Thrives in physically demanding, fast-paced work, even when tasks are repetitive
• Is flexible, resilient, and able to step in with short notice
• Is a team player without ego and has a strong work ethic
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious qualifications:

• Previous experience from industry, production, or warehousing
• Experience from fast-food chains or similar, where you have gained routine in working quickly, precisely, and with a focus on the customer experience.
• Forklift license A and B
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel
