Job Description

We are now looking for a Scrum Master with experience in agile frameworks. We are looking for you who can guide and inspire teams by successfully leading fast-moving and effective ways of working, inspired by agile frameworks, processes, and ceremonies. We are looking for an individual who has a clear focus on continuous learning and improvement by being highly attuned to the team's needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate the team's agile ceremonies.
• Support the teams and their Product Owners in keeping the backlog updated, relevant, and structured by actively working operationally in the agile tools.
• Act as a problem solver for the teams and remove impediments that affect delivery capability.
• Support the teams in their daily work by establishing methods and structure that give the team good conditions for a stable and clear delivery.
• Create and implement processes for effective ways of working.
• Suggest, establish, and follow up on various techniques to measure the team's capacity, delivery, and development over time.
• Communicate and follow up on the team's goals, deliverables, and needs together with the Product Owners.

The work takes place in a larger organization with several teams and dependencies between them. The role involves close collaboration with the teams in their daily work. Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent is a requirement.

Key contacts are the teams and their Product Owners, other team coaches and Scrum Masters, and the group manager.

Required Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of work experience in the role of Scrum Master and/or Team Coach in agile organizations.
• At least two (2) years of experience working closely with teams in an agile context, including facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching teams and Product Owners in agile ways of working.
• At least two (2) years of work experience within the last five years working in larger organizations (>200 people) with multiple teams and dependencies.
• At least one (1) year of professional experience actively and independently driving improvement work in agile teams, for example by introducing ways of working, improving delivery capability, or measuring and following up on team development.
• At least two (2) years of practical professional experience working operationally in agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent, including backlog management and follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of work experience managing dependencies between teams and supporting the establishment of structures for collaboration.
• At least one (1) year of work experience facilitating larger workshops (>15 participants) for alignment or planning.
• At least one (1) year of work experience in the public sector.
