The Welfare Sector consists of four operations: disability services, home care and health care at home, individual and family care, and care and nursing homes.

The home care and health care at home services in Ulricehamn Municipality are responsible for interventions according to the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act.

Health care at home has developed significantly in recent years and today offers both planned and acute health care interventions in the patient's home. We provide advanced care to patients of all ages with varying diagnoses and needs, from rehabilitation interventions to end-of-life care.

Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for two assistant nurses for our home care service in Hökerum! (2 positions).

As part of our team within elder care, you work together with colleagues and other professional groups to ensure good and quality care and support for our care recipients. The assignment involves nursing work according to approved interventions in accordance with the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).

Your main tasks include nursing, medical interventions, and support in daily life at home. You always work with the care recipient's best interests in focus and strive to create a safe and pleasant environment. The work also includes ongoing documentation, handling of safety alarms, and performing HSL interventions on delegation.

Qualifications and Merits

We are looking for two engaged assistant nurses with a genuine interest in working with people. We would like you to be a trained assistant nurse or have equivalent experience from care and support work that makes you feel secure in the professional role.

For us, it is a matter of course that you want to deliver high-quality care and meet users with respect, sensitivity, and professionalism.

• A Category B driver's license is required.
• Previous experience in care and support is meritorious.
• Experience with dementia care and BPSD is meritorious.
