Job Description

Are you looking for a role where you can combine your passion for sales with a technical interest? Do you want to work in an international environment with a strong customer focus? Then this might be the right opportunity for you. As a Customer Service Sales Operator at Norden Machinery AB, you will become part of a dedicated team together with one or more Customer Service Area Sales Managers. Together, you are responsible for a specific market where you work on building and developing long-term relationships, both internally and externally. In this role, you will have an active responsibility for the aftermarket business related to our machines. This means that you will work with the sale of spare parts, upgrades, and other services within our product portfolio. You will have close contact with customers on a daily basis, handling order flows, preparing quotations, and following up on them to ensure high customer satisfaction. By listening to the customer's needs and offering tailored solutions, you contribute to both the customer's success and our continued business development. The work takes place in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a clear focus on service and business acumen. The role is a fixed-term position of approximately one year, located in Kalmar, with working hours Monday to Friday, daytime.

Qualifications

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have a genuine interest in technology combined with a strong sales drive. You have good administrative skills and are accustomed to working in various digital systems, handling multiple tasks in parallel in a structured and efficient manner. You are a skilled communicator who thrives in a role with extensive customer contact and has a natural sense for service and business. As a person, you are positive, solution-oriented, and motivated by helping customers find the right solutions based on their needs. You find it easy to collaborate with others and contribute to a good team climate while taking responsibility for your tasks. A requirement is that you fluently master English and German in both speech and writing, as all communication takes place in these languages. Furthermore, you have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with business systems such as ERP (IFS) and CRM systems like Dynamics is advantageous.
