Interim Coordinator (20%) – Bello Collaboration in Bellevuegården and Lorensborg

Do you want to develop Bellevuegården and Lorensborg together with residents, associations, property owners, and the City of Malmö? We are now looking for an engaged and relationship-building collaboration coordinator who wants to drive and develop the Bello collaboration forward.

About the position

The position is at 20% with an start date of August 17, 2026. HSIF Lorensborgs is the employer, and the role is carried out in close cooperation with the steering group and the City of Malmö/FSG.

As the collaboration coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating stakeholders, leading processes, and creating structure for the long-term development work in the area. The work is based on the area's collaboration plan and the mandate signed with the City of Malmö.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Convene and lead the Bello collaboration network meetings four times a year
  • Drive development processes forward together with the steering group
  • Convene and lead steering group meetings once a month
  • Be responsible for documentation and follow-up
  • Coordinate stakeholders and activities based on the approved application
  • Develop internal and external communication
  • Be responsible for social media and citizen dialogue
  • Write the final report and new application for 2027
  • Participate in relevant meetings with the City of Malmö and other stakeholders

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in coordination, project management, or process leadership
  • Experience working with social sustainability
  • Good ability to lead meetings and create participation
  • Experience collaborating between different stakeholders and operations
  • Good administrative skills and habit of documenting and following up on work
  • Experience in communication and social media
  • Ability to work independently and drive processes forward
  • Experience with grant applications and report writing
