We are now looking for an inside sales representative responsible for selling fresh fish and shellfish to customers in the grocery retail sector via telephone. The position is based at our headquarters in Fiskhamnen, Gothenburg.

About the role

As an inside sales representative, you are a key player in our business. You proactively engage in telephone sales with both existing and new customers, process orders, and ensure that our customers receive the right assortment, quality, and delivery – every day.

Your responsibilities

• Active telephone sales of fresh fish and shellfish to grocery retail stores
• Daily customer contact and relationship building
• Advisory services regarding assortment, campaigns, and seasonal products
• Order processing and follow-up
• Collaboration with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in sales, preferably B2B or within the grocery retail sector
• Thrives with the telephone as the primary work tool
• Is driven, structured, and business-minded
• Has strong communication skills and enjoys building long-term customer relationships
• Knowledge of fish, shellfish, or fresh produce is a plus
• Loves working at a fast pace
• Is a team player
