Property Manager Wanted for Elite Stora Hotel & Elite City Hotel Örebro

After many appreciated years with us, our star Calle is moving on to new challenges – and now we are looking for you who want to take over the baton as Property Manager for Elite Stora Hotel Örebro and Elite City Hotel Örebro.

This is not a job for you if you only want to sit behind a desk. This is the role for you who likes to fix things, solve problems, take responsibility, and make things work – for real.

Perhaps you have a background as a craftsman, property technician, or within construction and maintenance. Perhaps you are the person who always sees what needs to be done and is happy to roll up your own sleeves instead of waiting for someone else.

About the Role

As Property Manager, you are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and development of our two hotel properties in Örebro. You work closely with our property technician, and you drive the daily operations as a team. When needed, you bring in external contractors and specialists – but you solve a lot yourselves.

This is a varied role where no day is like the other. One day you project manage a larger job together with suppliers, the next day you change fixtures, lay floors, do touch-up painting, or solve an urgent technical problem in operations.

You are the safe point in the house. The spider in the web. The person who has control of the properties, prioritizes correctly, and ensures that both guests and employees are met with a safe, secure, and well-functioning environment.

In the role, you are responsible for among other things:

• Daily technical operation of both hotels
• Preventive and emergency maintenance
• Fire safety officer (SBA) and overall fire safety responsibility for both properties
• Contact with authorities, suppliers, and contractors
• Energy optimization and sustainability work
• Project management during renovations and investments
• Practical property work in daily operations
• Budget and maintenance planning

You are also part of the hotel's management group and have an important role in the strategic development of the business.

The working hours are mainly Monday–Friday during the day, but occasional evenings and weekends may occur during projects, operational disruptions, or special needs.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Have experience from property operation, construction, technology, or crafts
• Like to work practically and independently
• Are structured and good at prioritizing
• Have leadership qualities and enjoy collaborating
• Are confident in making decisions and driving issues forward
• Have a strong service mindset and a high sense of responsibility

Experience from the hotel industry is meritorious but not a requirement.
