We are now looking for experienced and service-oriented banquet and à la carte waiters/waitresses for assignments with our clients ahead of the summer season and various events. This position is a casual employment (on-call) role, which presupposes that you have another main occupation, such as studies, your own business, or another job.

About the job:
This position is perfect for you if you thrive in a restaurant environment, have good professional pride, and are passionate about giving guests a first-class experience. The work involves varying hours, primarily evenings and weekends.

The work takes place in professional restaurant environments where service, quality, and teamwork are central. In this role, you are responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. You follow the guest through the entire visit, from initial contact to payment, and contribute to the restaurant maintaining a high service level and good pace. Cash handling and collaboration with the kitchen and other serving staff are part of the daily work.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who have at least three years of documented experience in banquet and à la carte service and are accustomed to working at a high pace without compromising on quality. You are self-motivated and have a natural focus on service. With a positive and professional attitude, you create a sense of security for the guests and contribute to a good atmosphere within the team. You are responsible, flexible, can take charge of your own station, and thrive in a role where service and customer contact are in focus. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and are proficient in using cash register systems.

If you also have good wine knowledge and basic bartending skills, it is considered an advantage.
