Our workplace is located at Fyrisborgsgatan 1, and we depart from here when making home visits. The authorized staff of the Care Board sit together on the same floor. The shared premises and proximity to colleagues simplify daily work and make it easy to gather in professional groups, different working groups, and for joint development and training initiatives.

Description of Duties

As a nurse with us, you will have a central role where you, with the patient in focus, contribute your competence, judgment, and engagement. The work is varied and gives you the opportunity to truly make a difference in your area.

Your more concrete duties include:

• assessing, implementing, and planning the need for healthcare interventions (HSL), as well as following up and evaluating treatment results
• supervising and delegating healthcare tasks to nursing staff
• responsibility for medication management
• participating in team collaboration regarding the patient

As a nurse, you plan your days according to the patient's needs and work in a team together with other nurses, assistant nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and the operations manager.

There is good support within the group. Our ambition is that you, together with us, develop the operations and yourself in close collaboration with your colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and have a B driver's license. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience of municipal primary care is an advantage.

To fit the role, you are an independent person with the courage to act according to your own convictions and make decisions when necessary. You have a high degree of flexibility and adapt easily to changed circumstances – you can quickly change your perspective and working methods and see opportunities where others see obstacles. Furthermore, you have good teamwork skills and enjoy working with others. You are receptive, flexible in your approach, and contribute to a positive working climate by listening, communicating clearly, and handling any conflicts in a constructive manner.
