About the job:

We are looking for you who want to work as a substitute during the absence and leave of regular staff. We are seeking male personal assistants for this assignment.

You will be working with a lovely and cheerful young man who lives in his own apartment in central Örnsköldsvik.

The client attends his daily activities Monday–Friday, 08:00–15:00, and needs help and support to and from the activities, as well as during his stay there.

You will also be helpful and supportive in the client's home, assisting with activities, hygiene, cooking, and cleaning.

You will work actively based on the client's needs, routines, and diagnosis.

You should have a strong work ethic, be calm and self-assured, and have a positive attitude towards making a difference for someone else.

Your work is characterized by responsibility in interactions and cooperation with other people, both at the daily activity center and at home.

Working hours are distributed across day, evening/night, or 24-hour shifts in the schedule.

A driver's license is required as the client has a car available for use during the assignment.

You should be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience:

We prefer that you have previous experience in personal assistance, preferably with individuals on the autism spectrum.

Since the client chooses their assistant, we place great importance on personality and chemistry.

You will receive an introduction at the client's home to ensure safety and good interaction.
