Do you want a fun, active, and inspiring part-time job with an interest in children and swimming? Then you have come to the right place. Trampoolin is growing, and we are now looking for several swimming instructors for our baby swimming classes and swim schools. We are hiring for all 13 of our pools in Stockholm. The position involves approximately 2–15 hours per week.

Our operations take place on weekday evenings/afternoons as well as weekends and full days. A shift in the water lasts between approximately 2–5 hours. In addition to the time in the water, paid hours are included for planning, reporting, and customer contact. We have pools throughout Greater Stockholm, from north to south. We swim at several facilities in the city center, as well as in Nacka, Haninge, Södertälje, Upplands Bro, Upplands Väsby, Bromma, Täby, and Åkersberga. Our instructors must be able to travel between these facilities.

Lack of training? We will train you! You will receive excellent training and plenty of practice in your pedagogical skills. If you are already a certified swimming assistant or swimming instructor, this is of course an advantage. If you do not have the required training, you will undergo our internal training program, which is approved by the Swedish Baby Swimming Association and the Swedish Life Saving Society.

As an employee at Trampoolin Swim Schools, you work on a fixed 8-week schedule. This means that as an employee, you work the same times and days during an 8-week period. In addition to hourly wages and training, we provide wetsuits and continuous training in technique, CPR, and safety.

To work as a swimming instructor, you must be at least 18 years old.

As a person, you are sensitive, cheerful, engaged, responsible, and flexible! In this job, you will practice and develop your leadership skills.

It is a plus if you have previous experience with active involvement and work in sports and club life. You will be working with our primary target group, children, so we would appreciate it if you have some experience working with children and young people.

The hourly wage is based on age and experience.
