Do you want to contribute to one of Europe's most exciting industrial and construction projects? We are now looking for an experienced and business-driven Contract Manager who wants to take a key role in a complex and expansive project with high ambitions within sustainable industrial development.

In this role, you will become an important part of the project organization and work closely with project management, construction management, and other central functions to ensure professional and commercial contract management throughout the entire project execution.

As a Contract Manager, you are responsible for supporting the project and construction organization in matters related to contracts, commercial risks, and change management. The role involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and requires a solution-oriented and communicative working style.

You will among other things:

• Manage contractors from a contract and administrative perspective
• Work as an integrated part of the project's site organization
• Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks, and drive measures for risk minimization
• Support the project team in contract strategies and commercial matters
• Manage and follow up on Change Requests, Change Orders, and claims
• Participate in the review and analysis of agreements before and during contract negotiations
• Ensure a uniform interpretation of contract terms and change management within the project
• Act as support in contractual matters and correspondence, both internally and externally
• Collaborate closely with functions such as Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Technical
• Contribute to structure, compliance, and continuous improvement of processes and ways of working

To be successful in this role, you need

• At least 10 years of experience as a Contract Manager in large construction or industrial projects
• An academic background in law, engineering, economics, or equivalent experience
• Confidence in working in complex project environments with many contact surfaces
• Good understanding of contracting law, commercial matters, and risk management
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and transparently in Swedish and English – both verbally and in writing
