Noblaskolan consists of 18 preschools and primary schools working under the motto that students who are challenged achieve more. Noblaskolan is part of AcadeMedia's primary schools.

Noblaskolan Rönninge is located in a quiet area in Rönninge (south of Stockholm, Salem Municipality) with close proximity to nature. We have both preschool and primary school (grades 1-6) in the same building, which facilitates collaboration on the "red thread" and all-day learning. We have fine and purpose-built premises with our own cooking kitchen.

We are looking for two new teachers for the intermediate level (grades 4-6), one of which includes a lead teacher position in Swedish.

About the role and your assignment

Every student has within them what is needed to succeed. Our task is to bring out that potential by setting demands, supporting, and challenging. Success is not a destination, but a process we work with every lesson – starting from primary school. We ensure that every student reaches their full potential.

In this role, you step in as an intermediate level teacher with a special and exciting assignment to, together with your colleagues, shape and develop our teaching, primarily within the social sciences and natural science subjects.

In addition to your daily teaching, you will have the opportunity to drive cross-curricular projects – where we connect theory with practical exploration – and join a network where you get the chance to develop pedagogy to a higher level together with colleagues. We are looking for you who want to make a difference, awaken students' curiosity about the world, and contribute to a modern, cohesive thread in, among other things, Social Studies (SO) and/or Natural Science (NO) teaching.

Your profile

Since we are convinced that student success is the school's responsibility, and that the path there requires both boundaries and hugs, we are looking for you who are a clear leader and who truly loves teaching.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a certified teacher with broad eligibility for the earlier years of primary school, lower and intermediate levels (preferably in theoretical subjects, where Swedish is a requirement).
• Have extensive competence and experience in planning and conducting effective teaching that gives students optimal prerequisites.
• Have well-developed strategies for creating and maintaining good relationships and are an exemplary leader in the classroom.
• Have a strong personal commitment to learning, are receptive, and are driven by collaborating collegially to develop the operations.
