Primary care is an important part of Region Dalarna's work for close, accessible, and secure healthcare. Together, we work to provide residents with the best possible care throughout their lives.

As a first-line manager, you are responsible for the daily management of the operations with a focus on quality, working environment, economy, and development. You lead employees close to the operations and actively work to create participation, engagement, and good collaboration.

You are part of the management team and contribute to the development of future primary care, especially in the operational area of Orsa and Mora.

The role includes, among other things:

• leading and developing operations and employees
• creating good conditions for a sustainable working life
• working with quality, patient safety, and operational follow-up
• driving change and improvement work
• collaborating with internal and external actors

We are looking for you who are a present and clear leader with the ability to create trust and engagement. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in people and development.

You have:

• relevant higher education in health and social care
• experience of leadership or managerial roles
• good ability to communicate and collaborate
• interest in development and improvement work

It is meritorious if you:

• have experience from primary care
• have experience from public operations
