Hedemora Primary Care Centre is part of Region Dalarna and offers primary care to residents of Hedemora Municipality. We are a primary care centre in development, with a clear focus on quality, continuity, and sustainable working methods.

We have approximately 9,300 registered patients and are part of the Southern Primary Care area together with the primary care centres in Avesta and Långshyttan, youth clinics, and counseling clinics for children and young people.

Hedemora Primary Care Centre is now looking for a First-Line Manager with a key role in developing operations and driving the transition towards good and close care.

As a First-Line Manager, you report directly to the Operations Manager and, together with your fellow First-Line Managers, form the leadership group for the Southern Primary Care area. You share responsibility for personnel, budget, work environment, and operations with a colleague manager on-site and report directly to the Operations Manager.

The assignment involves a time-limited managerial appointment with permanent employment in the core profession.

We are looking for you who are a secure and stable manager who thrives on challenges and wants to drive improvements in an operation that is constantly developing. You are communicative, have a knack for structure, and enjoy being an present leader. The assignment requires that you can work independently and are confident in making and anchoring decisions in the line, that you can take feedback, and are comfortable standing firm in uncomfortable situations. You lead your employees through the transition towards good and close care and see collaboration as a natural part of everyday life – both internally and with our partners.

• University education within health and social care (e.g., nurse or physician)
• Previous management experience
• Class B driver's license

• Experience of change management
• Experience from primary care
• Experience of working in a politically governed organization
