Your responsibilities
As a 1st Line Technician, you are the face of the company and the first point of contact for customers needing technical support. You will handle incoming support tickets via phone, email, and ticketing systems, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and guide customers through solutions. Additionally, you will document and categorize tickets for further analysis and follow-up, escalating complex problems to 2nd and 3rd line when necessary.
In addition, you will monitor systems and networks to proactively detect and rectify issues, maintain and update customer user data, provide support during software and hardware installation and configuration, and train and inform customers on the use of various systems and tools.
Your profile
Our consultants are driven by being responsible, solution-oriented, and customer-focused. They are also highly interested in the customer's various needs, both now and in the future, and in continuously developing their knowledge and skills to offer the best possible service to our customers.
In addition to the above, you also have knowledge in one of the following areas:
- At least 6 months of experience in a service desk
- Windows, macOS, or Linux
- ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira
- TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Remote Desktop
- AD management
- M365 and basic networking technology
