We are now looking for a Leader for Measurement and Waste Operations.

In this role, you are responsible for leading the unit that works with radiological scanning of waste within the demolition project at Ringhals. You ensure that operations are conducted according to established plans, quality requirements, and current safety regulations.

The role entails overall responsibility for daily operations, where you will work with:

• Leadership and coordination of operations within radiological scanning of waste
• Quality and production follow-up, as well as work towards set goals
• Staffing, resource planning, and personnel responsibility for up to 60 employees
• Follow-up on work progress and reporting to the project's Waste Manager
• Customer dialogue and collaboration on issues related to waste management and workplace-related matters

We are looking for you who is a secure and engaged leader with experience in driving and developing operations in an industrial environment. You are a visible and present leader who thrives in the field and combines operational leadership with structure, collaboration, and a focus on safety and quality.

We believe you have:

• Several years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within construction, production, or process industry
• Experience leading both plant personnel and foremen
• Education in production, logistics, technology, industry, or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer
• Good ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• A structured and solution-oriented approach to work

Experience or knowledge within nuclear power operations is considered an asset.

• Employment Type: Fixed-term employment (6 months), thereafter possible permanent employment
• Location: Ringhals
• Working Hours: Generally weekdays 07:00-15:30
