About the Job

Your duties at the health centre span a broad field and cover the area of general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work in health promotion, advisory, and treatment roles in primary care, both via phone, home visits, digital care meetings, and at the clinic.

The work takes place through both emergency and planned activities. You work largely independently with your own clinic hours where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. Close collaboration takes place with your colleagues at the unit and cross-professionally in the team, but also together with other actors such as home healthcare and other specialist care. Together with the health centre management, you are responsible for developing and driving the business forward. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so mentoring students is also included as part of your role at the health centre.

About You

You are a licensed nurse with specialist training as a district nurse. It is an advantage if you have experience from working in primary care and/or have completed a 7.5 ECTS mentorship education, but we also welcome newly graduated candidates.

We are looking for you who take initiative in work and are confident in making your own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can prioritize your tasks effectively.

In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You can express yourself well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener at both digital meetings and visits at the clinic. We would appreciate it if you have an interest in digitalization and business development.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call current candidates for a telephone interview. Thereafter, the hiring manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the health centre.

We use competency-based interviews, which means that answers to questions should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers – this so that we can understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the result was.
