About Qleano

Qleano is a digital platform that mediates moving-related services to private individuals and companies throughout Sweden. Through our network of operators — from Ystad to Kiruna — we help thousands of customers each year have a smoother moving experience. We are currently 13 employees, where our Customer Support team consists of 6 people who work closely with both customers, operators, and internal functions. Our goal is to become the obvious choice when people need help with moving and cleaning — and the customer experience is crucial to our success.

About the Role

This is a broad and social role where you work with both incoming and outgoing customer contact. You help customers via phone and email, handle bookings and support cases, and follow up on incoming leads related to sales. Furthermore, you manage your work in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and support cases
  • Make outgoing calls to customers who have shown interest in our services
  • Help customers via email and phone throughout the entire process
  • Work with order processing and bookings
  • Support the rest of the team with administration and customer dialogue
  • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience in every interaction
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement regarding customer experience and working methods

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is social, solution-oriented, and confident on the phone. You enjoy customer contact, work in a structured manner, and thrive in a high tempo where no two days are alike.

You do not need to have worked in the exact same role before — but we believe you have experience in service, support, sales, or other work where the phone and customer contact were a natural part of your daily routine.

We believe that you:

  • Are communicative and enjoy talking to people
  • Have phone experience and feel comfortable with both incoming and outgoing calls
  • Are service-oriented but also have a sales drive
  • Are computer literate and find it easy to work in different systems
  • Express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
  • Can maintain structure and focus even when the tempo is high
  • Are unpretentious and enjoy helping both customers and colleagues

It is an advantage if you have previously worked with customer service, sales, booking, or administrative support roles.
