Digital Marketer for Contract Role – International Markets

Do you want to work with digital marketing in an international environment and create measurable results?
We are looking for a Digital Marketer for a freelance/contract role on an as-needed basis. You will be responsible for the digital marketing of 4–5 different websites and driving campaigns across multiple international markets. This role is perfect for you if you are analytical, business-driven, and have documented experience in creating growth through digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads.
- Work with SEO to improve the organic visibility of the websites.
- Create, manage, and optimize ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok.
- Responsible for the ongoing administration of the company's accounts on Meta and TikTok, including updating company information, Business Manager, ad assets, audiences, pixels, user permissions, and other relevant settings.
- Ensure that accounts, campaigns, and tracking are correctly configured and updated according to current guidelines and business needs.
- Plan and execute retargeting campaigns to increase conversions and maximize the return on the marketing budget.
- Plan, create, and send newsletters and email campaigns via Brevo or similar platforms.
- Segment audiences, build automated email flows, and develop the customer journey.
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
- Adapt marketing efforts for different target groups and countries.
We are looking for someone who
- Has documented experience in digital marketing and can demonstrate results from previous assignments.
- Has excellent knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Has experience planning and optimizing retargeting campaigns.
- Has experience with email marketing in Brevo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Is accustomed to analyzing data and optimizing campaigns for increased ROAS, more conversions, lower CPA, and higher organic visibility.
- Has experience administering ad accounts, Business Manager, and digital marketing tools.
- Works in a structured manner and can handle multiple websites and projects simultaneously.
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Keeps up to date with developments in digital marketing, new platforms, and AI tools, and has an interest in continuously developing methods, processes, and campaign results.
We would like you to demonstrate
- Examples of campaigns you have planned, executed, and optimized yourself.
- Results such as improved ROAS, increased conversion rate, reduced CPA, increased organic traffic, or other relevant KPIs.
- Experience in international marketing and advertising across multiple markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM.
- Experience in copywriting, graphic design, photography, or video production.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Google Ads Certification (Google Skillshop) is a plus.
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate, Meta Certified Media Buying Professional, or other relevant Meta certifications are a plus.
- Experience in international digital marketing with campaigns in multiple languages and markets.
- Experience with Google Merchant Center, Google Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns is a plus.
