WE TRAIN YOU 🎓

You do not need prior sales experience – we teach you from scratch. What matters most is that you have energy, are willing to reach out, and have the desire to develop. ⚡ Several of our top sales representatives come from backgrounds in service, construction, or other practical professions.

ABOUT THE ROLE 🤝

In this role, you meet homeowners in their homes, at events, and at trade fairs. You listen to their needs, present energy-smart solutions, build trust with the customer, and help them make the right decision.

At NPE, we help property owners save money and reduce their climate impact through smart products such as solar panels, batteries, heat pumps, windows, and roof replacements. We handle the entire process from consultation to final installation – and we are growing fast. Behind us is Bragnum Invest as a stable owner.

EMPLOYMENT: Full-time, 6-month probation period.
SALARY: Guaranteed salary + performance-based compensation.
