We are now looking for a Business Support for a large international industrial company in Gothenburg.

About the role

As a Logistics Support specialist, you play a central role in ensuring efficient and high-quality deliveries to the company's customers. You work closely with production, internal and external transporters, as well as colleagues in administration and sales, to create smooth and sustainable logistics solutions.

In this role, you work both operationally and analytically. You are responsible for identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing business data, and driving the development of logistics flows to create increased quality and profitability.

You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, responsibility, and high quality are in focus. The role offers an exciting opportunity for you who want to develop within logistics in a future-oriented industry with sustainability at its core.

The assignment starts as agreed, but no later than in September. You start your employment as a consultant through us, with good opportunities for further development at the client company.

The work is performed on-site from the company's office in Gothenburg during office hours 07:00–16:00.

Responsibilities

• Complete transport orders and handle any deviations.
• Analyze business data and work with profitability monitoring and reporting.
• Take ownership of and drive improvement work within logistics flows.
• Ensure quality and profitability within order and transport planning.
• Be responsible for the correct execution of larger and more complex customer deliveries.
• Work proactively to identify and optimize logistics solutions.
• Ensure correct pricing against transporters and receivers according to agreements.

We are looking for you who

• Have post-secondary education in logistics or a corresponding field.
• Have 1–3 years of experience in logistics planning, transport administration, or similar work.
• Are a proficient user of Excel and have experience analyzing and working with data.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Are analytical, structured, and thrive in solution-oriented work.

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience in driving projects, initiatives, or improvement work within logistics.
• Previous experience from the recycling, transport, or sustainability industries.
