About the Role

You will join a team focused on keeping connected vehicle services stable, available, and reliable for global automotive users. In this role, you work close to the heart of operations, where fast decisions, clear communication, and strong coordination make a real difference when critical services are affected.

Your work combines reactive support during major incidents with proactive improvement of operational readiness, workflows, and reliability practices. You will collaborate closely with DevOps and SRE teams, help create structure in demanding situations, and contribute to stronger ways of working across the organization.

Job Description
  • You will coordinate major incidents together with DevOps and SRE teams to restore service quickly and effectively.
  • You will drive clear communication toward stakeholders and customers during ongoing operational events.
  • You will facilitate post-incident reviews and support follow-up actions that strengthen reliability over time.
  • You will help teams improve operational readiness and incident handling capabilities.
  • You will contribute to better operational workflows, reliability processes, and shared ways of working across the organization.
  • You will work across multiple teams to create clarity, alignment, and momentum in a dynamic environment.
  • You will take part in an on-call rotation.
Requirements
  • Experience working with business-critical 24x7 services
  • Experience with Incident Management and Problem Management processes
  • Experience coordinating operational activities across multiple teams
  • Experience driving operational or process improvements
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
Nice to have
  • Experience from SRE, Service Operations, DevOps, or similar operational roles
  • Experience facilitating Root Cause Analysis or post-incident reviews
  • Familiarity with observability or operational support platforms
  • Experience working in Agile organizations
  • Understanding of modern cloud-based service environments
