About the workplace

When one of our colleagues moves on to a new challenge, we are looking for you to become our next appreciated colleague. Our team consists of approximately 36 dedicated employees who are passionate about providing safe, secure, and person-centered care to patients registered in municipal primary care. We are also supported by and work closely with a secure and experienced group of part-time nurses.

Responsibilities

As a nurse/District Nurse, you play a central role in the municipal health and medical care mission. The work involves both independent responsibility and close teamwork. You meet patients with varying needs and medical conditions, which provides a varied job and the opportunity to develop broad competence.

The placement can be in special housing or ordinary housing, where the work is carried out through home visits or via delegated tasks to care staff.

The assignment includes:

• Leading and being responsible for medical work
• Making independent assessments and planning healthcare interventions
• Prescribing assistive devices as per assignment
• Collaborating with internal and external actors
• Documenting and working with deviations, as well as contributing to quality development
• Mentoring, delegating to, and educating care staff
• Identifying and preventing risks in care
• Mapping patient needs and working in a person-centered manner

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or District Nurse and thrive in a role where you combine independent responsibility with teamwork.

You are confident in your professional role, structured in your work, and have a professional and attentive approach. We also see that you are independent, flexible, and solution-focused with good communication skills.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

A B-class driver's license is required.
