Responsibilities

As a nurse with us, you make a difference! You are responsible for care and health care services in our operations. Your tasks may include: • Assessments and follow-ups of patients. • Medication management and delegated tasks. • Documentation and coordination with other staff. • Advice and support to care personnel. • Standard tasks within home health care.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with at least 2 years of experience. • Confident in your professional role. • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • Valid B driver's license. • Thrive working independently and with a patient focus.
