We are looking for a creative, driven, and structured Content & Marketing Coordinator on a part-time basis who wants to help develop our brands through content, social media, and digital marketing.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing content across our digital channels, as well as driving and monitoring marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the business and have the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content for social media
• Produce photo, video, and text materials for marketing
• Develop and follow a content and marketing plan
• Create ads and campaigns for social media and digital platforms
• Manage and update websites and digital channels
• Write copy for social media, web, newsletters, and campaigns
• Track statistics and analyze results to optimize content and advertising
• Ensure a consistent visual identity and tone of voice in all communications
• Identify new opportunities to strengthen brands and increase sales
• Coordinate marketing activities, campaigns, and launches

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in content creation and digital marketing
• Is comfortable working with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Has a good sense of design, communication, and storytelling
• Can create engaging content in text, image, and video formats
• Has experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Is self-motivated, proactive, and structured
• Has strong skills in planning and driving projects from idea to execution
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS and e-commerce platforms
• Experience in photography, filming, and video editing

Scope

Part-time, approximately 20–50% depending on agreement.

Location
