About the Role

Vårdcentral Orsa is a publicly run health center with approximately 6,200 registered patients and around 45 employees, including 5 district doctors and 2 specialist trainees (ST-läkare). As a district doctor with us, you will become an important part of our team and contribute to providing good and secure care for our residents. Our working methods are team-based, with various professions and competencies collaborating in a flat hierarchy and close cooperation. Vårdcentral Orsa strives to offer high continuity of care.

Responsibilities

As a doctor at Vårdcentral Orsa, you will work with both planned and emergency care, meeting patients of all ages.

We work within the entire field of general medicine, including elderly care at home (SÄBO), child health services (BVC), maternity health services (MVC), and youth clinics. Supervision of doctors in training is included, and the role also involves primary care on-call duties and standby.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license.
